The founder.
Marc Testa ran his own company for about fifteen years before building systems for anyone else. He knows what payroll on a Friday does to a decision, what a slow month feels like, and what it is to be the person everything runs through. That is the background this firm is built on, and it is the reason the first thing we do in any organization is go and watch how the work actually moves.

The assessment comes first
Two to four weeks, fixed fee, credited toward the build. We interview the people who do the work, map the process, review the systems and data, and sit down with IT before anything is proposed. How it works
In the room, not on a ticket
We are on the floor, in the office and in the server room. Discovery is done in person. Pilots are run with real users. Handoff is done with your team, not sent as a document.
Into your systems, not around them
Your ERP, your case management system and your records system stay the system of record. We make them better rather than replacing them.
Your data stays yours
Where the information is regulated or proprietary, the work runs on hardware you control. Every credential and every account belongs to you. Data and security
The judgment stays with your people
We automate the parts of the work that do not need a person and leave the decision with the person.
Partners.
Licensed electrical work and formal safety risk assessments to ISO 10218 and ANSI/RIA standards on robotics projects are performed by licensed and certified partners under our project management. You get one accountable integrator and a properly certified cell.
What we will not do.
