Take on more. Spend less. Keep your data in the building.
From the plant floor to the town hall: private AI, process automation and robotics, built around how your operation runs and deployed on hardware you control.

01 · What we do
Three services. Each one stands on its own.
A service is a complete engagement by itself, scoped by the assessment and delivered on your hardware or inside the systems you already run.
Most organizations start with one. They tend to end up with more than one, because the same information that makes a model useful is the information that makes a robotic cell useful.
Services
Private AI on your hardware
A model that runs inside your building, trained on your own records, on a machine you own. Nothing leaves.
Private AIAI systems and process automation
Estimating, documents, scheduling, approvals and reporting, built into the systems you already run.
AutomationRobotics and automation integration
Feasibility to running cell, one accountable integrator, built for high-mix work and variation.

Learn more02 · How every engagement starts
A fixed-fee assessment, credited toward your build.
Two to four weeks. We interview the people who actually do the work, map the processes you want to change, review the systems and data involved, and sit down with IT on security requirements before anything is proposed.
From there, six to ten weeks from signature to something running. Not a pilot that ends in a slide deck.
You end with a prioritized list, a recommended first build, the right architecture for it, and a fixed-price proposal. If you move forward, the assessment fee is credited toward the build.
If the honest answer is that the work does not justify the investment, we will tell you that and you will still have the map.
- A process map of the operations we reviewed
- A prioritized list of opportunities with estimated impact
- A recommended first build and why it comes first
- The right architecture for it, on-premise or cloud, with the reasoning
- Security and data handling reviewed with your IT
- A fixed-price proposal with defined success criteria

03 · Who we work with
Who we work with.
Organizations where the process is complex, the data matters, or both.
Industries
The work decides, not the headcount.
Anything on-premise, municipal, robotics-related, or involving regulated or proprietary data belongs here regardless of company size.

04 · Who we are
Fifteen years running a company before building systems for anyone else.
Marc Testa ran his own company for about fifteen years and managed projects for a living before starting Rhode Island Intelligence. He knows what payroll on a Friday does to a decision, and what it is to be the person everything runs through. That is the background every engagement is built on.
We are in Cranston. We come into the building. Discovery is done on your floor and in your server room, pilots are run with your people, and handoff is done in person.
"The technology is the easy part. Understanding an operation is the work."
05 · Your data
It stays yours. Here is exactly how.
This is the first question any serious organization asks, and it deserves a specific answer rather than a reassuring one. The full answer, written to be forwarded to IT, is one click away.
Three ways to own the hardware
You buy the hardware
You purchase to our specification and we deploy onto it. You own the machine and everything on it from day one.
Turnkey
We procure, configure and deliver the machine ready to run, billed at cost. You own the hardware outright.
Hardware as a service
We provide the machine on a monthly agreement with deployment and support included, so there is no capital outlay. You own everything on it.
06 · Current work
Currently in progress.
We describe client work by category rather than by name. Status labels are exact: built and running, proposed, or in scoping.
Manufacturing
AI estimating for a millwork manufacturer, built and in daily use. Next phase in discussion.
Built and running
Professional services
A complete operating platform for accounts, access and media production at a full-service agency.
Built and running
Construction and design-build
A private on-premise model on dedicated hardware for a Rhode Island design-build contractor.
Proposed
Media
AI content operations, publishing workflow and search visibility for a regional sports media network.
In scoping
Delivered work, in detail
What was happening, what we built and what changed, for the work that is built and running.
